Coaster Clean Sketch


This is a much more cohesive version of my coaster concept. The original plan was to create a skateboard but I really loved my Ninjastar idea better. 

The materiel was a back-and-forth struggle because I was thinking about wood. The more I thought about it, the more I wanted Paperboard. 

I also liked the idea of the bottom part of the coaster saying "cheers" as a nod to the department of the school saying it

 CASTLE IS FINALLY DONE! I worked so hard on this castle, and while I have no idea how to use Rhino, I am very proud of what I made. Laser Cut Coaster: Brainstorm & Concept Sketching]

I drew 12 concept sketches of which coaster I wanted to do, the main rule being it cannot be boring since I never do boring in my work, I always try to go for abstract and enticing, the only issue with that mentality is when it needs to be applied in real life.  I really liked the skateboard concept because the idea of having the coaster in the wheel was cute I liked the idea of a coaster playing music, and the best part is that it can be Bluetooth if you don't like the choice the coaster is giving The last idea is Ninja star because not only are they really fun to look at, they're very tiny, which is perfect for a 4x4-inch coaster. The blade wouldn't be sharp, of course The plan is to make it paperboard or wood
